May Hashem be upon them so that they live,

Peace and blessing!

With pleasure I received the notice regarding the first farbrengen* you are arranging — on the auspicious day, the day of Yud Tes Kislev* that is coming upon us for good.

And my blessing is sent herewith, that it may be with success, and that you have continuous success in your work in the realm of chinuch* al taharas hakodesh.

For true and continuous success in this — its essence is the spreading of true Yiddishkeit*, the Torah of Hashem and His mitzvos, in the daily life of circles that go on and expand.

And "one rolls merit on a meritorious day" — the day of the Redemption, Yud Tes Kislev — so that from the farbrengen on this day, there shall be added in the work of your branch much energy, vitality, and light, and this addition shall bring a many-fold increase in all matters of chinuch al taharas hakodesh throughout the whole year.

This Festival of Redemption is famous within the Jewish people, and its celebration each year, and now, one hundred and sixty years later, must remind and arouse each and every one of us to the imperative — and particularly in our days — to serve Hashem through the study of His Torah, both the revealed [Torah] and the inner [Torah] — chassidus* — the study that unites all the parts of the soul, the revealed and the inner — and the fulfillment of His mitzvos with vitality and enthusiasm.

Founded on the love of Hashem, the love of the Torah, and the love of each one of Israel, which are one —

And as explained at length in the teachings of the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and the Shulchan Aruch — the Torah whose righteousness was brought out to light before the eyes of all on Yud Tes Kislev.

With blessing to each and every one of the participants in the farbrengen, and to each and every one who takes part in your holy work in matters of chinuch al taharas hakodesh.

ומגלגלין זכות ליום זכאי - הוא יום הגאולה, י"ט כסלו - אשר מההתועדות ביום זה יתוסף בעבודת הסניף שלכם מרץ רב חיות ואור, ותביא הוספה זו להוספה פי כמה בכל עניני חינוך הכשר במשך כל השנה.

מפורסמת פרשת חג-הגאולה זה בתוככי בני ישראל. וחגיגתה בכל שנה ועתה, כעבור מאה וששים שנה, צריכה להזכיר ולעורר את כל אחד ואחת מאתנו על ההכרח, ובפרט בימינו אלו, לעבוד את ה', על ידי לימוד תורתו הנגלה

והפנימית - החסידות - לימוד המאחד כל חלקי הנפש הנגלה והפנימית - וקיום מצותיו בחיות והתלהבות.

מיוסדים על אהבת השם, אהבת התורה ואהבת כל אחד מישראל, אשר חד הן -

וכמבואר בארוכה בתורת רבנו הזקן, בעל התניא והשולחן ערוך - התורה אשר יצאה לאור צדקתה גלוי לעיני כל ביום הי"ט כסלו.

בברכה לכל אחד ואחת מהמשתתפים בההתועדות ולכל אחד ואחת מהלוקחים חלק בעבודתכם הקדושה בעניני חינוך על טהרת הקודש.
