Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your letter, in which you briefly describe the actions you have undertaken in recent days. In your next letter, you will surely present to me the terms of the exchanges you had with the members of the community, the manner in which they put their theoretical possibilities into practice, and your current way of acting within this community. May Hashem* grant that all of this know great success, that your action be methodical, toward men, women, and children. Indeed, the merit of the public comes to your aid and you have the blessings of our masters and leaders, whose merit will protect us.

No doubt you are also considering the possibility of publishing a few stories about Judaism and Chassidus* in the periodicals read by our brothers, the children of Israel. Of course, the translation of these texts (note 2: Into Italian) will need to take into account the mentality of the readers of each journal in particular (note 3: Having a formulation adapted to its readership). With my blessing to convey good news, in joy and enthusiasm,
