To the members of the committee of Kfar Chabad*,
may Hashem* grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
I have received, with pleasure, your letter of Purim Katan*, announcing to me the opening of the post office (note 1: Of Kfar Chabad*). May Hashem* positively fulfill the wish of your heart and that of the hearts of all Israel, in a visible and tangible good. You will use this post to announce and to receive good news, material and spiritual at once, concerning your communal accomplishments and your personal concerns, the ones coming to the aid of the others and bringing them an additional dimension.
We are in the month of Adar* and we will pass from one Adar* to the other (note 2: Since there were two Adars in 5719), then one will draw one redemption close to the other (note 3: That of Purim* to that of Pesach*), Adar* to Nissan*, and in this era of the heels of Moshiach*, each one of us, within all of Israel, will know the beginning of the redemption. Subsequently, very soon and immediately, one will have the perfection of the true and complete redemption, through our righteous Moshiach*. Then will be fulfilled the promise according to which: "You shall spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south," and one will obtain "an inheritance without limits." בנועם קבלתי מכתבם מפורים קטן בדבר פתיחת הדואר וכו'
ויהי רצון שימלא השי"ת משאלות לבבם בתוככי לבב כל ישראל לטובה בטוב הנראה והנגלה, אשר ישתמשו בהנ"ל לבשר ולקבל בשורות טובות בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד הן בענינים הכללים והן בענינים הפרטים אשר זה לזה מסייע ומוסיף,
וכיון שנמצאים אנו בימי חדש אדר ומאדר לאדר ומסמך גאולה לגאולה אדר לניסן, הנה מעקבתא דמשיחא יזכו כאו"א מאתנו בתכ"י לאתחלתא דגאולה וממנה ובעגלא דידן ותומ"י לתכלית הגאולה האמיתית והשלימה על ידי משיח צדקנו אשר אז יקוים ופרצת ימה וקדמה צפונה ונגבה ועד לנחלה בלי מצרים.
