I bless you and greet you,

I am responding to your letter, in which you tell me that your medical treatment has been postponed until the coming 27 Adar Sheni*. Without a doubt, the well-known saying will apply: "Every delay is for the good."

You ask me about this term "treatment." Its explanation is quite simple. It includes, in fact, everything that can be done in this matter — an operation, what precedes it, and what follows it. The purpose and objective are to obtain, through all this, a prompt and complete recovery. With my blessing to give good tidings of all this, and also of your husband, may Hashem grant him long life,
