Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,

I greet you and bless you,

After a long interruption, I received your letter of 2 Adar Sheni*. May Hashem grant that you give me good tidings of all the points you mention therein, in an ever-increasing manner, in accordance with the motto of this year (note 2: See, on this subject, letter no. 6541): "You shall spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south," until attaining "an inheritance without limits."

I also received, some time ago, the books sent by the Rav Kook Institute, according to the list prepared on erev Shabbos* Parshas* Vayechi*. I am surprised that it is so difficult to procure these books, especially since, according to what you write, it would be good to contact other publishers and other authors (note 3: So that they, in turn, would send their publications). Moreover, this sending of books has a deeper purpose. It makes it possible to place Chassidic* books at their disposal (note 4: Chassidic books are sent to these publishers in exchange for their own publications). With my blessing for a joyous Purim* and to give good tidings of all this,

לאחרי הפסק ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מב' אד"ש, ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל אותן הענינים אודותם מזכיר ובאופן דמוסיף והולך וכהסיסמא דשנה זו דופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה ועד לנחלה בלי מצרים.

הספרים ששלחו ממוסד הרב קוק ע"פ הרשימה מעש"ק ויחי נתקבלו לא כבר, ולפלא שהולך כ"כ בכבדות השגת הספרים ובפרט ע"פ מ"ש שכדאי להתקשר עם עוד מולי"ם ומחברים, שהרי עוד כוונה פנימית במשלוח הספרים, שיהיו ספרי חסידות אצל כל הנ"ל...
