To the members of the committee of Kfar Chabad* (note 1: Presumably the newly elected one),

may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I received your letter with your request for a blessing, in which you inform me of the elections for the committee of Kfar Chabad* and affirm your desire to devote yourselves to all the needs of this place. I read this request for a blessing twice at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us. He himself is the founder of Kfar Chabad* and he directs it.

May Hashem grant that your actions and accomplishments receive considerable success, that they conform to the will of our master, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, founder of the Kfar*, who directs it. You will act in the proper manner and as is necessary — that is, in a pleasant and peaceful manner, but nevertheless with the determination that is called for, whenever it is needed. For ultimately, the sincere desire of all the inhabitants of the Kfar* is to put into practice the wish and will of the founder of Kfar Chabad* — namely its strengthening and development, spiritual and material at once (note 2: Consequently, the determination that will enable the achievement of this objective is indeed the wish of all the inhabitants of the Kfar*). I therefore have good hope that the committee, if it applies itself to the task with all the necessary diligence, will indeed be able to rectify various matters concerning the Kfar*. It will immediately observe effective success.

Great is the merit of all those who will immerse themselves and devote themselves, with the proper self-sacrifice, to the activities of the committee of Kfar Chabad*. Without a doubt, our master invokes a profound mercy for the success in all this to be considerable and for you to receive an immense blessing in your personal concerns, spiritual and material. In anticipation of good and detailed tidings of all this, I conclude by sending you my blessing for a kosher and joyous Pesach*.

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם והפ"נ בם כותבים ע"ד הבחירות לועד כפר חב"ד והתמסרותם לעבוד בעניני כפר חב"ד.

וקראתי הפ"נ פעמים על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מייסד הכפר ומנהלו.

ויהי רצון שתהי' עבודתם ופעולתם בהצלחה מרובה שיכוונו לרצון רבינו נשיאנו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר מיסד הכפר ומנהלו, לעשות בכל הדרוש וכדבעי למיהוי ובדרכי נועם ובדרכי שלום, אבל - במקום שצריך - בתוקף הראוי, וסו"ס הרי כל תושבי הכפר חפצם האמתי - למלאות חפץ ורצון מייסד כחב"ד, ז.א. ביסוסו של הכפר והרחבתו הן ברוחניות והן בגשמיות, ולכן התקוה חזקה שכאשר יעשה הועד במרץ לתקן הענינים השונים בכפר חב"ד, יראה תיכף הצלחה בפועל.

וגדול זכותם של כל אלו שיתמסרו במסירה ונתינה הדרושה לעבודת ועד כפר חב"ד.

ובודאי רבנו נשיאנו יעורר ר"ר להצלחה מרובה בהאמור. וגם לברכה מרובה בעניניהם הפרטים הן הרוחנים והן הגשמים.
