By the grace of Hashem,
28 Nissan* 5719,
After a particularly long interruption, I received your request for a blessing for this man, to whom Hashem will grant long life. At a propitious moment, I will mention his name at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us, so that he obtain the satisfaction of his needs, in accordance with what you write.
May Hashem grant that the merit of your tzedakah*, for which you will find enclosed a receipt, as well as that of your addition to the Torah* and the mitzvos* in general, protect you so that your state of health improves and that, more generally, you obtain the satisfaction of your needs and those of the members of your family. May Hashem grant that you give me good tidings of all that you write — for the entire community and especially for yourself. This will be "good for the heavens and good for the creatures."

ויהי רצון שזכות הצדקה (שימצא בזה הקבלה) וזכות הוספה שלו בעניני תורה ומצות בכלל, יעמוד לו להטבת מצב בריאותו ולהמצטרך לו ולב"ב שי' בכלל.
ויהי רצון שבכל הענינים אודותם כותב ימשיך בבשו"ט, בהנוגע לרבים ובפרט בהנוגע לעצמו, טוב לשמים וטוב לבריות.
