By the grace of Hashem,

23 Tammuz* 5719,

Brooklyn,

I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of 18 Tammuz*, in which you briefly describe the Chassidic* farbrengens* of the days of the liberation, 12 and 13 Tammuz*, the deliverance of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us, as well as our own deliverance, which was also that of the greatest number and the salvation of the Torah*.

May Hashem grant that, always and every day, you give me good tidings in this matter, as well as in what concerns you personally, the central point being the spreading of the wellsprings (note 1: Of Chassidus*) outward, through which one can hasten the realization of the promise according to which this period (note 2: Between 17 Tammuz and 9 Av) will soon bring "an inheritance without limit." With my blessing to give good tidings,

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מח"י תמוז, בו כותב ר"פ מההתועדות דימי הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע וגאולתנו אנו, שהיתה גם גאולת הרבים והצלת התורה.

ויהי רצון שתכה"י יבשר טוב בהנ"ל, וכן בעניניו הפרטים, ובנקודה התיכונה הפצת המעינות חוצה, שעי"ז מקרבים קיום היעוד (שמבין מצרים אלו נזכה בעגלא דידן) לנחלה בלי מצרים.
