himself to communal needs, of good conduct,

I greet you and bless you,

You inform me of the help you need to direct the Yeshivah* Achei Temimim* (note 2: Of Rishon LeZion). I have already said several times, directly or through a transparent allusion, that you must not relinquish any part of your privilege — that of directing this holy Yeshivah* (note 3: And therefore fully assume the responsibility for it). This is self-evident. Nevertheless, you must arrange for the technical aspects to be handled by others, of course under your overall or, at the very least, regular supervision.

The same applies to the supervision of classes. You will arrange for the details, concretely, to be managed by others, who will report to you. Without a doubt, this will strengthen your motivation, your interest, and your good health, in the most literal sense. You will be able to devote all your energy to the development of the Yeshivah*, for nothing withstands the will.

... במ"ש אודות העזר הדרוש בהנהלת הישיבה אחי תמימים - כבר מלתי אמורה זה כ"פ, אם בפירוש או ברמז שקוף, אשר אין עליו להניח אפילו חלק מזכותו בהנהלת הישיבה הק' כמובן וגם פשוט, אלא שעליו להשתדל שהענינים הטכנים יתנהלו ע"י אחרים דוקא וק"ל - ע"י השגחתו באופן דמרחף ולכל היותר דנכנס ויוצא. ועד"ז הוא גם בהנוגע להשגיח על הכתות, וכשיסדר שכל פרטי הענינים, בהנוגע לפועל, יעשו ע"י אחרים רק שיקבל הוא דו"ח וכו' - בודאי שיתוסף בחשק ורצון שלו ובבריאות גם כפשוטה, ויוכל להקדיש כל מרצו להתפתחות הישיבה. ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
