By the grace of Hashem,

To the participants in the Chanukah* celebration of Kfar Argentina

in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt

very soon and in our days, by our righteous Moshiach*,

may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you greatly and bless you,

I learned with pleasure of your Chassidic* farbrengen*, held during Chanukah*. As is systematically the case when children of Israel who fear the word of Hashem gather, words of Torah* were surely heard, and these will lead to concrete action — that is, to an addition to the practice of the Torah* and the Mitzvos* (note 1: To the adoption of an additional practice), throughout the year that follows (note 2: See, on this subject, letter no. 7137).

With my respects and my blessing to give good tidings of all this,
