To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and assumes
a sacred mission, Rav Avraham Ben Tzion (note 1: Rav A. B. T. Maizlich, of Kfar Chabad*. See letter no. 4689),
I greet you and bless you,
You allude to a brochure for the upcoming festival of Shavuos*. In general, this is a very good proposal. Nevertheless, it must be devoted exclusively to the Baal Shem Tov* (note 2: Whose Hilloula* is on Shavuos*) and not to his predecessors, for one must not mix ideas. As I have written many times, it is indispensable that this brochure be written and corrected sufficiently in advance.
May Hashem grant success to these actions, within all those carried out to disseminate the wellsprings (note 3: Of Chassidus*) to the outside, advancing and illuminating unceasingly, until there be fulfilled: "And you shall spread forth..." and until one can see with one's own eyes the fulfillment of the promise: "The master shall come" — that is, the king Moshiach*. With my blessing to give good tidings of all this,

ויהי רצון אשר תהיינה פעולות הנ"ל בתוככי כללות הפעולה דהפצת המעינות חוצה באופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור ועד לופרצת גו', וגם נראה לעיני בשר ויקוים היעוד דקאתי מר דא מלכא משיחא.
