To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and carries out a holy mission, the Rav Shimon (note 1: Rav Sh. Elituv, of Kiryat Gat. See, regarding him, letter no. 6522),

I greet you and bless you,

After a particularly long interruption, I duly received your letter of 3 Shevat*, together with the two requests for blessing enclosed therewith. At a propitious moment, these will be read near the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us. May Hashem grant that you yourself and your wife devote yourselves, with self-sacrifice and dedication, to the activities conducted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, since it is near his holy resting place that your names will be mentioned — for everything concerning your school with all that it entails.

This will also be for your good, since your actions are the channel and the vessels enabling one to receive the blessings of Hashem, through the fact that the one who rests in this holy resting place arouses the immense compassion of Hashem in an increased manner. To someone such as you, it is surely unnecessary to say more. I will only add that nothing withstands the will, provided one truly wills it. I am surprised that you say nothing of the propitious day of the Hilloula* (note 2: Of the Frierdiker Rebbe*, the 10th of Shevat*). I hope that you participated in it (note 3: In the celebrations organized on this occasion), as well as in the activities conducted within this framework. May Hashem grant that the impression of this Chassidic* gathering be preserved throughout the entire year. With my blessing to give good tidings,

לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך, נתקבל מכתבו מג' שבט, עם שני הפ"נ המצורפים אליו, שיקראו בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

ויהי רצון שהוא וכן זוגתו תחי', יעבדו במסירה ונתינה במסגרת פעולות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר על הציון הק' שלו יזכרו, בהתאם לטובת המוסד והענינים אשר בו, ובודאי שזהו ג"כ טובתם הם, שהרי פעולותיהם הם הצנור והכלים לקבלת ברכות השי"ת ע"י תוספת התעוררות ר"ר מבעל הציון הק'. ובודאי לדכוותי' האריכות בזה אך למותר, ורק להוסיף שאין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון - כשרוצים באמת.

לפלא שאינו מזכיר ע"ד יום סגולה יום ההילולא, אשר תקותי שהשתתף בזה ובפעילות, ויהי רצון שרישומה של ההתועדות יהי' ניכר בכל השנה כולה.
