I greet you and bless you,

You are surely preparing a detailed program that will enable you to make proper use of the days of Purim*. May Hashem grant that you meet with immense success — "light, joy, gladness, and honor," as our Sages* explain. A verse cannot be divorced from its plain meaning, and the activities conducted for light, which is the Torah*, and for joy, which is the festival, will be accomplished in light, joy, gladness, and honor. With my blessing to give good tidings,
