To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, the Rav Moshe Pinchas (note 1: Rav M. P. Kantor, of Melbourne),

I greet you and bless you,

After a particularly long interruption, I duly received your letter from the days of Purim*, with the Mazal Tov* wishes, on the occasion of the founding and development of a full-day study section within the Yeshivah* Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak* of Melbourne. How fortunate is your portion! You figure among the first conceivers of this idea and you have seen the fruit of your efforts through its realization. Who can measure the importance of this accomplishment and what it will lead to? In such a case, we have been given the assurance that one will advance, in an ever more luminous manner. More generally, there result from this fruits and fruits of fruits, to the extremity of the world, as is explained elsewhere. It is in this way that one will arrive at the end of the veil (note 2: Of the Divinity in the world).

I hope that the Chassidim*, in general, and those who had the merit of initiating this, in particular, will multiply their ardor in order to strengthen, broaden, and develop this section, with even more ardor. For the merit of the public comes to your aid. The Holy One, blessed be He, acts "measure for measure" (note 3: In the manner in which one acts toward Him), but in a vastly increased proportion. He will therefore grant that you and your wife derive much true satisfaction, a Jewish and Chassidic* satisfaction, from all your children, whom Hashem will grant long life. With my blessing of success in all this and for giving good tidings thereof,

לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מימי הפורים, בברכת מזל טוב לרגלי ההתייסדות והתפתחות מחלקת לימוד כל היום בישיבת אהלי יוסף יצחק אשר במלבורן.

ואשרי חלקו שהי' מראשי יוזמי רעיון האמור וראה פרי טוב בעמלו בהביאו הדבר בפועל, וגודל הענין ואחריתו כי מי ישערנו שהרי הובטחנו בענינים כגון אלו שיהי' מוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור, נוסף על כללות הענין, שה[ם] המביאים פירות ופירי פירות עד סוף העולם, ועפ"י המבואר במקום אחר עד שמביאים לסוף (של) ההעלם (וההסתר).

ותקותי שכללות אנ"ש ובפרט אלו שזכו להיות המתחילים בזה יוסיפו אומץ להחזקת הרחבת והתפתחות מחלקה האמורה ביתר שאת, והרי זכות הרבים מסייעתם.

ויהי רצון שבמדתו של הקב"ה שהיא מדה כנגד מדה אלא שכמה פעמים ככה יראה הוא וזוג' תי' רוב נחת אמתי הוא נחת יהודי חסידותי מכל יו"ח שיחיו הם.
