I am responding to your letter in which you tell me that a match has been proposed for your son, that both have already met and that they have agreed (note 1: To marry). You specify that your other son (note 2: Older than his brother, but himself not yet married) has knowledge of this and has given his assent.

May Hashem grant that this be at a good and fruitful moment, that they build a Jewish home, an everlasting edifice, based on the Torah* and Mitzvos*.
