To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, of multiple accomplishments, the Rav Nachman (note 1: Rav N. Sudak, of London. See, regarding him, letter no. 7075),

I greet you and bless you,

I am responding to your letter of 25 Nissan*. At a propitious moment, all those you mention will be cited near the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, regarding all that you write. May Hashem grant that the Chassidic* gatherings of which you speak exercise their effect throughout the year, as it is said: "A woman who conceives and gives birth to a male child," for an effort made here below can have a stable character (note 2: If it is carried out at the initiative of men, it reveals the Light in a definitive manner), as explained by the Likkutei Torah*, at the beginning of Parshas* Vayikra*. Thus will be fulfilled the following Injunction of Moshe* our master: "You will remove the evil inclination from your heart, you will all be together and you will act thus. Then, the glory of Hashem will be revealed to you," according to the terms of the Sifra* on the verse Shemini* 9:6. This will take place in joy and enthusiasm. With my blessing to give good tidings of all this (note 3: The same letter was sent to several people),

N.B.: If one meditates, even briefly, upon this passage of the Sifra*, the most rigorous of Halachic* works, as emphasized by the Tosafos*, in Tractate Berachos* 18b, one must indeed acknowledge that this Halachic* part of the Torah* best represents its inner dimension. I duly received your letter of 18 Nissan*, which, it would seem, was sent by ordinary mail. Likewise, I have just also received your correspondence from the eve of Rosh Chodesh* of radiance.

ויהי רצון, שההתועדויות אודותן כותב תפעלנה במשך כל השנה כולה, ובאופן דאשה כי תזריע וילדה זכר (כשההתעוררות באה באתערותא דלתתא הרי היא בת קיימא, עיין לקו"ת ר"פ ויקרא), ובמילא יקוים מצות משה רבנו לישראל אותו יצה"ר תעבירו מלבכם ותהיו כולכם כו' ועשיתם כן וירא אליכם כבוד ה' (ספרא שמיני ט, ו), ויהי' זה מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

המתבונן אפילו לשעה קלה בדברי ספרא האמור שהוא החמור בספרים ספרי הלכה (תוס' ברכות חי, ב) הרי מוכרח להודות שאין לך פנימיות התורה יותר בחלק הלכות שבתורה מהנ"ל.
