To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, the Rav Yehudah (note 1: Rav Y. Shmotkin, of Tel Aviv. See, regarding him, letter no. 7201),

I greet you and bless you,

You speak of the reading of each verse twice, with the Targum* (note 2: For each Sidrah*, on the eve of the Shabbos* of its reading), and of the study of Chassidus* (note 3: How to allocate one's time between the two). This study can indeed extend, and more generally, it has no limit. On the other hand, the reading of each verse twice, with the Targum*, has a very precise time. It therefore seems to me that one studies Chassidus* after this reading. Of course, this concerns individual study, but not that which gathers several people together. All of this can be deduced from the Shulchan Aruch*, Orach Chaim*, at the end of chapter 431.
