To the great Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem, devotes himself to communal needs, of multiple accomplishments, the Rav Shlomo Yosef (note 2: Rav Sh. Y. Zevin. See, regarding him, letter no. 7066),

I greet you and bless you,

I enclose a copy of the letter I am sending to Mr. Shazar (note 3: This refers to the preceding letter). One counsels zeal only to those who naturally possess this quality. Furthermore, Mr. Shazar is very busy with various matters entrusted to him each day, from various sources. I therefore have good hope that you yourself will be vigilant and that, to use the same expression, you will "occupy him" with what concerns Kfar Chabad*, the first and the new. With my respects and my blessing that you have, very soon, better health,
