It is, of course, impossible to find someone who will go there. One must therefore speak verbally to those who are capable of doing so, and it is not sufficient to speak to them only once. Likewise, one must not do so merely to discharge one's obligation, as is, moreover, the case for everything concerning the Torah* and the Mitzvos*. One must also decide who will speak and will know how to convince, how to influence those who still create obstacles in this matter. It is evident that the Merkaz Le'Inyanei Chinuch* will provide its assistance and will also speak. But the essential word must emanate from someone of your locality, who will give details and express himself with warmth. Thereafter, the Merkaz Le'Inyanei Chinuch* will add a few words and strengthen his position. The two couples you mention are, both of them, capable of this.

Regarding what I am supposed to send, according to what was told to you — I do not have the custom of taking the initiative to address such a question, except with those whose attachment I can attest to, and in exceptional situations. If this is truly the only obstacle, it is certain that you will take the initiative of speaking and that you will question me on this subject. It is then that I will communicate my opinion to you.

... פשוט שא"א למצוא מי שיסע לשם - כ"א ע"י דבור עם אלה שמתאימים לזה. ואין מספיק דבור פעם אחת. וכן לא מספיק דבור "פון יוצא וועגן", וכמו בכל עניני תומ"צ.

וכן - צריך אנשטעלן שעוד מי שהוא ידבר און צורעדן זיי, וכן ישפיעו על אלו שמונעים בזה.

ודאי ש"המל"ח" יסייע בזה וידבר ג"כ - אבל עיקר הדבור צ"ל מכזה שבא מ... ויבאר הפרטים וידבר בחום וכו', ואח"כ יוסיף המל"ח ויחזק דבריו וכו'.

שני הזוגות שכותבת אודותם - כל אחד מהם מתאים.

במענה לזה שאמרו לה שאני צריך לשלוח - אין רגיל שאני אהי' המתחיל לדבר בזה (מלבד באלה שאני בטוח שהם מקושרים, ובמקרים יוצאים מן הכלל). ובאם באמת רק זה המניעה - הרי בטח יתחילו הם לדבר וישאלו אותי, ואז אומר להם דעתי בזה.
