I am responding to your letter, in which you express your desire "to be" here, which means, presumably, that you wish to continue your studies for some time at the Yeshivah* Tomchei Temimim* located here. It is clear that you must, above all, consult the administration of the Yeshivah* Tomchei Temimim* in which you are currently studying. They will transmit to my secretariat the details of your situation concerning your study of the revealed part of the Torah* and Chassidus*, your practice of the Mitzvos* and the fervor of your prayer, as well as their opinion on the benefit of your presence here for some time. A response will be communicated to you after receipt of this information.

In any case, I have good hope, based on the desire you express, that you study with enthusiasm and ardor the revealed part of the Torah* and Chassidus*. Likewise, you practice the Mitzvos* in the best manner. With my blessing to give good tidings of all this,

ומובן אשר לכל לראש, עליו לבקש מהנהלת הישיבת תו"ת בה לומד, שיכתבו להמזכירות בפרטיות אודות מעמדו ומצבו בלימוד תורת הנגלה וחסידות בקיום המצות ובעבודת התפלה, ודעתם בהנוגע לתועלת היותו משך זמן כאן, ובהתקבל ידיעות האמורות ידונו בהאמור.
