To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and assumes a sacred mission (note 1: Teaching), the Rav Avraham Ben Tzion (note 2: Rav A. B. Tz. Mayzlich, of Kfar Chabad*. See, regarding him, letter no. 7146),
I greet you and bless you,
You ask me about the blessing, among the morning blessings, that women must recite (note 3: This refers to the blessing: "Who has not made me a woman." Consult, on this subject, the collection Yagdil Torah, New York edition, no. 30, paragraph 68; no. 33, paragraph 50; no. 34, end of paragraph 6; no. 35, end of paragraph 34; and no. 36, end of paragraph 56. See also letter no. 7387 in the Igros Kodesh of the Rebbe) and its text. You will verify all of this with the wives of the Chassidim*, may they have long life, who hold the tradition in this matter.
