By the grace of Hashem,

Eve of the holy Shabbos* of the Parshas* "Come, let us make an accounting... that it be built and restored..." (note 1: The Rebbe* notes at the bottom of the page: "Tractate Bava Basra* 78b") 5721 (note 2: The 9th of Tammuz*),

To the students concluding their studies at the school Beth Rivkah*, at Kfar Chabad*, founded and directed by my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, very soon and in our days, by our righteous Moshiach*,

may Hashem grant you long life,

I bless you and greet you,

I duly received your letter of 5 Tammuz*, by which you request my blessing on the occasion of the conclusion of your studies at the school Beth Rivkah* of Kfar Chabad*. May Hashem grant that this conclusion take place at a good and fruitful moment, both materially and spiritually. Indeed, for everything that concerns the children of Israel, these two dimensions go hand in hand. Moreover, Israel is "a unique people on the earth," revealing the unity of Hashem in all that concerns it and even in the domains of the world, as our Sages* explain regarding the verse: "In all your ways, know Him."

May Hashem positively fulfill the wish of your heart — to make use of the capacities that have been granted to you and the knowledge that you have acquired during your studies. You will continue in the measure of all this and you will elevate yourselves to a higher level, in every sense of the term, to the great pleasure and the true satisfaction, a Chassidic* satisfaction, of your parents, your teachers, and your directors, to whom Hashem will grant long days and good years.

Indeed, these days are propitious, since they are the days of the liberation of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, leader of Israel, and, consequently, of every man and every woman connected to his accomplishments, within all of Israel. With my blessing of success,

מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבן מה' בתמוז בקשת ברכה פ"נ בקשר עם סיומן את חוק לימודן, בבית הספר בית רבקה אשר בכפר חב"ד, ויהי רצון שיהי' הסיום בשעה טובה ומוצלחת - בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד,

אשר בכל השייך לבני ישראל, יחדיו יהלכון,

שהרי ישראל גוי אחד הם בארץ, ממשיכים האחדות בכל עניניהם ועד לענינים הארציים, וכביאור חז"ל על הכתוב בכל דרכיך דעהו.

וימלא השי"ת משאלות לבבן לטובה, לנצל כשרונותיהן אשר חוננו בהן, והידיעות אשר רכשו בלימודן להמשיך מתאים, לעלי' לדרגא נעלית יותר בכל המובנים,

לרוב עונג ונחת אמתי, הוא נחת חסידותי של ההורים, המורים וההנהלה שליט"א.

והרי הימים ימי סגולה, ימי גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, וכתוצאה מזה - גם גאולת כל אחד ואחת מהשייכים לעניניו בתוככי כלל ישראל.
