I greet and bless you,

I thank you for having written me a few lines about the meeting of 18 Elul [2]. As is customary, you have surely written a report of it, relating the discussions and reporting the various positions.

I send you the fascicle of Shabbos Teshuvah and Yom Kippur*, which has just appeared. You will doubtless make it available to the largest number of people, in the appropriate manner.

I wish you to be definitively inscribed for a good year and to know success in your sacred mission.
