By the grace of Hashem,

Second day of Selichos* 5702,

To the attention of the great Rav, well-known Chassid*, perceiving

all that is positive, of illustrious lineage,

Chassid* who fears Hashem, my close relative,

Rav Yehudah Leib Shlita* Eliezrov (note 1: See, regarding him, letters no. 178, 7771, and 7773),

Rechov HaBucharim, Jerusalem,

may it be restored and rebuilt,

I greet you and bless you,

You surely received, in its time, our letter of 14 Elul*. In conformity with the proposal formulated by my father-in-law, the Rebbe* Shlita*, we have made it known here that the international Tehillim* association (note 2: See letter no. 7768) in Jerusalem will invoke heavenly mercy on the eve of Hoshanah Rabbah*, so that all obtain a good year. Then, the following day, Hoshanah Rabbah* itself, a Mi Sheberach* blessing will be recited for all the Tehillim* groups and for some individual members. You will no doubt endeavor that all of this conform to the will of my father-in-law, the Rebbe* Shlita*. I am enclosing a list of groups and individuals that you will bless specifically.

You will no doubt confirm to me immediately the reception of the present letter and of the one that preceded it. I would be grateful if you could also give me news of the Mishnah* by heart group (note 3: See, on this subject, the Sefer Toldos Chabad Be'Artzos HaBris*, pages 305 to 308). With my blessing that you be inscribed and sealed for a good year, for an immediate Teshuvah* and an immediate redemption,
