fears Hashem, full of eagerness, former student

of the Yeshivah*, Rav M. P. HaKohen (note 1: Rav Moshe Pinchas Katz. See, regarding him, letter no. 7765),

I greet you and bless you,

The state of health of my father-in-law, the Rebbe* Shlita*, has improved (note 2: See, on this subject, the Igros Kodesh* of the Rebbe Rayatz*, volume 8, at letter no. 2736). May Hashem send him very soon a speedy recovery, Amen, may it be so. I already cited, in my first letter (note 3: It refers to letter no. 180), the statement of our Sages according to which: "healing is linked to the eighth." Now, he himself is the eighth luminary, in the order of the masters of general Chassidus* (note 4: Since the Baal Shem Tov*), which is the level of Yosef, that of the eighth king, Hadar, as explained in the additions of the Torah Ohr*, to Parshas Vayechi*, the level of Yitzchak, whose numerical value is eight times that of the Divine Name Havayah*, according to the Ohr HaTorah* (note 5: Bereishis*, volume 2) of the Tzemach Tzedek*, at page 304a. But this idea will not be developed here.

No doubt you are taking advantage of the opportunity afforded by finding yourself in a new place (note 6: A summer camp) to develop the Kovetz (note 7: The periodical Kovetz Lubavitch), the Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch*, the Machaneh (note 8: The Machaneh Israel*), for "it is Hashem Who prepares the steps of man." With my blessing for immediate Teshuvah* and immediate redemption,
