I duly received your letter acknowledging receipt of the package of books and the series of Chassidic* discourses (note 2: See letter no. 7820), which have finally reached you. For the time being, the purpose of the present letter is to send you the Chassidic* discourse of Purim*. Without a doubt, you will make it available to the greatest number. With my blessing for a joyous Purim* and for serenity,
