I discussed with Rav D. L. Kremer the great importance of obtaining a visa for the Chassid*, Rav Klugant (note 2: Rav Isser Klugant. See, regarding him, letter no. 7807). He replied that he would intervene on the condition that you yourself contribute your participation by giving of your time and your eagerness. I asked him to speak to you about it, in my name. To insist, I therefore emphasize once more the necessity of acting quickly. Without a doubt, you will do everything to advance this matter. I am enclosing the booklet of the 2nd of Nissan* (note 3: Date of the birthday of the Rebbe Rashab*, father of the Rebbe Rayatz*), which you will make available to the greatest number.
