I greet you and bless you,

This person was supposed to come here for the Festival of the Liberation (note 2: Of the Previous Rebbe, 12 Tammuz*), but it seems that a change has occurred. In accordance with your proposal, the latest publications were sent to him, with a letter of request. Yet, there was no reaction on his part, no response. However, the printer is very insistent and the situation is particularly difficult. I hope that you will make every possible effort in this matter. In this way, you will know success, in a concrete manner.

The Chassid*, Rav Klugant (note 3: See, regarding him, letter no. 7807), sends me a flood of letters in order to know what is happening regarding his case. As soon as there is news, you will communicate it to me immediately, without a doubt. I am enclosing letters that were given for the Festival of the Liberation. You will kindly disseminate them among the students of the Yeshivah* and let me know what was done in this matter. According to the expression of my father-in-law, the Rebbe* Shlita*, one must take all of this seriously (note 4: See, on this subject, letter no. 3250).
