By the grace of Hashem,

To the student of the Yeshivah*, Rabbi ... [1],

I greet and bless you,

I duly received your request for a blessing. On the eve of the holy day, I read it at the gravesite, then in the office of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, where one enters to ask for his blessing and to be granted an audience.

The Tzaddik* who departs this world is found there more than during his lifetime. He has therefore certainly granted his blessing, and Hashem will fulfill it, materially and spiritually.

Without doubt, you will redouble your fervor in the study of the Torah. You will take part in the studies common to all — those of the Chumash*, of the Tehillim* and of the Tanya — instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, and defined by the study guide [2].

May Hashem grant that you fill yourself with fear of Hashem, become a Chassid* and a scholar of Torah.

He who directs the institution in which you are a student, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, will be able to say of you, with satisfaction: "These are the disciples I have formed."

With my blessing of success in the study of Torah penetrated with fear of Hashem,

וצדיקא דאתפטר, דאשתכח בהאי עלמא יתיר מבחיוהי, בטח נתן ברכתו והשי"ת ימלא ברכתו בגשמיות וברוחניות,

בטח יוסיף אומץ בשקידה בלימודו וגם ישמור השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש תהלים תניא שקבע כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ ונעתקו ב"מורה שיעור".

ויהי רצון שיגדל להיות ירא שמים חסיד ולמדן,

ונשיא המוסד לומד בו, הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, יוכל לומר עליו בשביעת רצון: ראו גידולים שגידלתי.
