This is to certify that Rav Yosef Krinski, residing at 31 Binkel Street, in Boston, Massachusetts, is authorized to receive on our behalf the books that were sent to Rav Schneerson and to the Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch* by Rav Bravman (note 2: The director of publications, who had printed these books in Munich and shipped them to Boston, where the Rebbe charged Rav Krinski with receiving them as a representative of the Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch*), through the intermediary of Mr. Hillel Shlachterman.
