I greet you and bless you,

I was satisfied to observe that you adhere to what was conveyed to you by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, and that you still deliver Chassidic* discourses. Better yet, you will transmit to those who listen to you, before or after this discourse, depending on the conditions of the place, an excerpt from a talk of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in relation to the period, dealing, for example, with the Parshah* of the week. Furthermore, even if one does not pray with the congregation (note 1: Because one wishes to lengthen one's prayer), it is quite clear that one must at least hear the Kaddish*, the Barchu*, the Kedushah*.

You write to me that there is no study at all on the eve of Shabbos* (note 2: That the school directed by the recipient of this letter has no study). I do not understand this. Perhaps you mean that there is no class. You also ask me about the way to repair what has happened. In my humble opinion, you must redouble your ardor in the education of the youth. For now, completely forget what you want to repair. Endeavor not to think about it. I am enclosing the booklet of the festival of Pesach* and the copy of a letter that I addressed to someone. נהניתי מה ששומר מה שהורהו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ בחזרת מאמרים. ומה טוב לספר לפני השומעים לאחר החזרה או לפני', לפי תנאי המקום, קטע משיחת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, המתאים לפי הזמן, פרשת השבוע, וכיו"ב.

בטח כשאין מתפללים בצבור - שומעים עכ"פ קדיש ברכו וקדושה.

מה שכותב אשר בעש"ק אין לומדים כלל, - איני מבין כלל. ואולי כוונתו שאין לומדים בכתה.

ומה ששואל בענין תקון - הנה, לפענ"ד, יוסיף אומץ בעסק חנוך הנוער, ויסיח דעתו, לע"ע, מכל הענין רוצה לתקנו, שישתדל שלא לחשוב עד"ז כלל.
