10 Shevat* 5711,
At the conclusion of this day of the Hilloula*, the tenth of Shevat*, the merit of the one whom we celebrate, of the exalted Tzaddik*, is particularly great and it reveals salvation, blessing, and success for all those who devote themselves to his institutions. You will surely organize a Chassidic* gathering so that the greatest number be motivated to Torah* and Mitzvos*, to strengthen his institutions and his practices, to attach themselves to the tree of life (note 2: To the Rebbe). ביום ההילולא אזלינן מיני' עשירי בשבט גדול ביותר זכות בעל ההילולא צדיק עליון להמשיך ישועות ברכות והצלחות לכל המתעסק[ים] במוסדותיו. בטח יתועדו לעורר רבים לתומ"צ לחזק מוסדותיו ותקנותיו להתקשר באילנא דחיי ולהתברך בכל המצטרך בגשם וברוח.
