By the grace of Hashem,

To all those who participate in the Chassidic* gathering

of this day, of the Beis Rivkah* organization,

may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I learned the good news that the Beis Rivkah* organization, under the direction of the Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch*, has acquired a new building, in another neighborhood of the city, in order to open a new Beis Rivkah* school and, in this way, to offer a greater number of Jewish girls, may Hashem multiply them, the opportunity to receive an education in the spirit of the Torah* and Judaism. The strengthening and development of an important institution is, in general, a cause for rejoicing, first of all because this proves that it is indeed alive. But furthermore, the inauguration of a Torah* institution with an educational role, in ever more numerous neighborhoods of the city, is a special cause for rejoicing. In this way, with the help of Hashem, the moral and physical continuity of the people of Israel is assured.

It is fitting to salute, in particular, the opening of new Beis Rivkah* schools. This proves the competence of their leaders. Nevertheless, one cannot be satisfied with what has already been accomplished in this matter, as long as there still exist Jewish girls who do not receive an education, for lack of a sufficient number of Jewish schools. I send my greetings to all the participants in the celebration (note 1: Organized for the benefit of Beis Rivkah*) and, above all, to all the leaders of the Beis Rivkah* organization, with the Rav, distinguished and pleasant Chassid* who fears Hashem, zealous communal leader, of many accomplishments, Rav I. Jacobson (note 2: Rav Yisrael Jacobson, of New York. See, regarding him, letter no. 7851). I urgently call upon them to work with even more ardor for the education of girls based on sacred values, in accordance with the will and the instructions of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us.

I hope that every conscious Jew, man or woman, will do his duty and bring his help to strengthen and develop the Beis Rivkah* schools that exist, as well as to open new ones. When educational leaders came to visit him, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us, declared (note 3: See, on this subject, letters no. 2110, 7917, and 7969): "The Almighty does not remain in debt. All those who act and bring help in the domain of good education are rewarded by Hashem in all their needs, in particular to derive Jewish satisfaction from their children." The words of the righteous are living and immutable.

Without a doubt, Hashem will bless all those who bring their support to the Beis Rivkah* organization and, among them, all the participants in this gathering, in all their needs, material and spiritual. With my blessing for all material and spiritual good,

השגחת המרכז לעניני חינוך -השיג עוד בנין בשכונה החדשה של העיר,

במטרה לפתוח שם עוד בית־ספר ״בית רבקה״ ,ועל-ידי כך לאפשר

למספר גדול יותר של בנות ישראל -כן ירבו -לקבל חינוך ברוח התורה

והיהדות.

גדילה והתפתחות של מוסד חשוב משמחת בכלל ,לו רק בשל כך

שהדבר מוכיח על חיות המוסד .ראויה לברכה יתרה היא התיסדות

מוסדות חינוך של תורה בעוד ועוד חלקים של העיר ,שעל־ידי כך הקיום

הרוחני והפיזי של כלל ישראל מובטח בעזרת השם יתברך.

לברכה מיוחדת ראויה פתיחת מחלקות חדשות בבתי הספר ״בית

רבקה״ ,המוכיחה על הכרת העסקנים שלהם שאין להיות שבע רצון

ממה שכבר הושג בתחום זה ,כל עוד ישנה עוד ילדה יהודי׳ אחת שלא

מקבלת את חינוכה בשל מחסור בבתי ספר יהודיים אמיתיים.

הנני שולח את ברכתי לכל המשתתפים בחגיגה ,ולכל העסקנים של

״ארגון בית רבקה״ ,בראשות הרה״ח הוו״ח אי״א נו״מ עסקן נמרץ ורב

פעלים וכו׳ מהור״י שי׳ ג׳ייקובסון ,וקורא להם לעבוד ללא לאות יותר

ויותר למען חינוך הבנות על טהרת הקדש ,לפי רצון וציווי כ״ק מו״ח

אדמו״ר זצוקללה״ה נבג״מ זי״ע.

תקוותי ,שכל יהודי בעל הכרה ,איש ואשה ,ימלאו את חובתם

לסייע בקיומם ובהתפתחותם של בתי הספר בית רבקה הקיימים כבר

ולפתיחת בתי-ספר בית רבקה חדשים.

כ״ק מו״ח אדמו״ר זצוקללה״ה נבג״מ זי״ע אמר בעת ביקור של

עסקני חינוך אצלו:

״הקב״ה אינו נשאר בעל חוב ,וכל אלה שעושים ומסייעים בתחום

החינוך הכשר -משלם להם הקב״ה במה שנחוץ להם ,ובפרט בנחת

יהודי מהילדים״.

דברי צדיקים חיים וקיימים לעד.

ובטח יברך השי״ת את כל המסייעים לתנועת בית רבקה ,ומשתתפי

ההתועדות בתוכם ,במה שנחוץ להם בגשמיות וברוחניות.
