emissary of the Sages,

I greet you and bless you,

I enclose my letter responding to the request for blessing that you had addressed to me. Without a doubt, in places where additional explanations prove necessary, you will know how to find the appropriate words and Hashem will be with your mouth so that you know success in this matter. I mentioned your name near the tomb (note 2: Of the Previous Rebbe) on the eve of Rosh Chodesh* Teves* (note 3: On the occasion of the "little Yom Kippur*").

I await good news of the Chassidic* gathering of 19 Kislev* that was organized. And, you will see, in this regard, the booklet of 19 Kislev*, page 4, at note 3 (note 4: Reproducing the letter of the Previous Rebbe that appears in his Igros Kodesh*, volume 5, letter no. 1348). With my blessing for success in your sacred mission, which will also be revealed in your personal concerns, both material and spiritual,
