devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Eliezer (note 1: Rav E. Karasik. See, regarding him, letter no. 7785),

I greet you and bless you,

I enclose the letter that I am addressing to the administration of the Chabad* association in the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt (note 2: This refers to the preceding letter). I ask you to expedite matters, so that a concrete result is obtained, as quickly as possible. I thank you for informing me as soon as the positive conclusion is obtained. This follows up on what was transmitted to you by Rav M. G. (note 3: Rav Moshe Gurary. See, regarding him, letter no. 7819). With my blessing, on the occasion of the festival,

Due to the sanctity of the festival, the Rebbe did not sign this letter himself and I therefore do so in his place,
