himself to communal needs, Rav Nissan (note 1: Rav Nissan Nemanov, spiritual guide of the Yeshivah* of Brunoy, in the Paris region. See, regarding him, letter no. 7809),

I greet you and bless you,

I am responding to your letter of 15 Elul* and I am surprised that you did not receive the account (note 2: Of the Rebbe's talks) of the holy Shabbos* that blesses the month of Elul*. I therefore enclose another copy, as well as an excerpt of the talk of 18 Elul*, which concerns the Yeshivos* more specifically.

Next year, the tractate Yevamos* will be studied at the Yeshivah*, here. If it is possible without difficulty, it would be good for one of these tractates to be studied at the Yeshivah* Tomchei Temimim* of Paris. With my blessing to be inscribed and sealed for a good year,
