himself to communal needs, Rav Yisrael Noach (note 1: Rav I. N. Belinitski, of the Yeshivah* Tomchei Temimim* Lubavitch* of Brunoy. See, regarding him, letters no. 5801, 7932, 7946, and 8052),

Regarding the content of your letter, you plan to send an emissary of the sages (note 2: Charged with collecting funds for Tzedakah*), on behalf of the Yeshivah*, to London. These days, the Rav, Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav B. T. Shem Tov (note 3: Rav Ben Tzion Shem Tov, then the Rebbe's delegate in London), himself an emissary of the sages, will be here. I will discuss this with him and we will consider the details, for good order, in the best and most efficient manner. You will therefore receive clarifications on this matter subsequently. With my blessing for success in your sacred mission, for good health, long days and good years, in all senses of the term,
