I greet you and bless you,

I received, in its time, your letter, with the notes. And, you yourself have surely already obtained the receipts issued by the bureau. Furthermore, I have just received your notification that you have already obtained the visas for Morocco (note 4: See, on this matter, letters no. 874, 902, 1160, 1418, 1802, 7897, 7957, and 7963. After two years of efforts, Rav Liberov obtained an entry visa to Morocco, in order to fulfill the mission that the Rebbe entrusted to him in that place). You ask me about the manner of traveling (note 5: To Morocco) and the practical arrangements. You will consider all of this with the great Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav B. E. Gorodetski (note 6: Rav Binyamin Eliyahu Gorodetski, director of the refugee bureau, in Paris). If possible, if you can visit Madrid on your way there, in order to verify the Kashrus* for the students, it would be good to do so (note 7: See, on this subject, letters no. 1972 and 2113). On the other hand, if that is not possible, you can travel by airplane, with the agreement of the doctor who will verify that your state of health does not preclude it, or by boat.

Regarding the place and conditions of your work (note 5: In Morocco), you know to what extent our masters, in general, and my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in particular, attached importance to good order in all things. You will therefore confer, in Paris, with Rav B. E. G. (note 6: Rav Binyamin Eliyahu Gorodetski), who is in contact with the representatives of the Joint (note 8: The American committee for refugee aid), and with the Chassidim* who are already on site, so that your work be organized in the most efficient manner, which will also be the best for all those who take part in it. בעתו קבלתי מכתבו עם הרשימות. ובטח כבר קבל הקבלות מהמשרד. ועתה קבלתי הודעתו שכבר נמצאת הוויזה אצלו - למרוקה.

ובמענה על שאלתו באופן הנסיעה והפרטים אשר בזה, הנה יתדבר עם הרה"ג והרה"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מוהרב"א שי' גאראדעצקי. ואם יש אפשריות לתקן בבקורו במדריד דרך נסיעתו בהנוגע להכשרות של הסטודענטין שם, אז אפשר כדאי שיסע דרך שם, אבל אם ענין זה אינו נוגע למעשה, הרי יכול לנסוע אם באוירון, בהסכם דעת הרופא שיבקר מצב בריאותו, או באני'.

בנוגע להמקום בו יסדר עבודתו וכן תנאי עבודתו, הרי ידוע עד כמה דייקו נשיאינו בכלל וכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בפרט בענין הסדר בכל דבר ודבר. ולכן יתדבר בפאריז עם הרה"ג והרה"ח כו' הרבא"ג שי' העומד בקישור הן עם ב"כ הדזוינט והן עם אנ"ש שי' הנמצאים כבר על אתר, לסדר את כל הדברים באופן היותר מועיל להעבודה שהוא במילא ג"כ באופן היותר טוב בשביל כאו"א מהעובדים. והשי"ת יזכה את כאו"א מאתנו למלאות תפקידו מתוך הרווחה והרחבה אמיתית.
