I greet you and bless you,

I am somewhat surprised not to have received news from you for a long time. I suppose that this is a consequence of your study of the Torah* and your communal activities, especially since I have learned from the press of the forthcoming publication of the fifth volume of the Talmudic Encyclopedia. May Hashem therefore grant you success in this matter, including in time, so that you may accomplish everything at once. These days, we have published the Chassidic* discourse entitled: "The Holy One, blessed be He, does not act with treachery" and I enclose it for you.
