The fact (note 1: This letter is addressed to Rav Moshe Yitzchak Hecht, of New Haven. See, regarding him, letter no. 7844) of devoting oneself to the Yeshivah* Achei Temimim* of New Haven (note 2: Of which Rav Hecht is the director) is the fulfillment of the mission that is entrusted to you here below. It is therefore the channel through which the Holy One, blessed be He, has granted, grants, and will grant blessing and success, in all your needs, material and spiritual, as well as in those of the members of your family. And, it is unnecessary to say more, since a brief reflection suffices to reveal the evident miracles that have occurred to you, these past two years, in what concerns you personally as in your communal accomplishments. Thus, you will understand all of this and you will see it.

ההתעסקות בישיבת אחי תמימים בניו הייווען הוא מילוי שליחותו בעלמא דין.
ובמילא הרי"ז הצינור שדרכ[ו] הקב"ה נתן, נותן ויתן ברכה והצלחה בכל המצטרך לו ולבני ביתו שיחו בגשמיות וברוחניות. ולמותר להאריך בזה שהרי אפילו בהתבוננות קלה בהמופתים הגלויים שאירעו לו בשנתיים האחרונות הן בעניניו הפרטיים והן בעניניו הכללים, מבינים ורואים זאת.
