I am responding to your letter of 21 Shevat*, in which you speak to me of the match that is being proposed for your daughter, with the young man you mention. If no one among the students of the Yeshivah* and among the Chassidim* suits her, if, furthermore, their age difference is not too significant, and if your daughter accepts this proposal of her own free will, it would be good, indeed, to consider this proposal. May Hashem guide you on the path that will be good for your daughter, both materially and spiritually. With my blessing,
