To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association,

in our Holy Land, may it be restored

and rebuilt, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

It has been a long time since I have had news of the positive actions you have surely carried out, on the occasion of the Hilloula* of 10 Shevat* (note 1: That of the Previous Rebbe) and the days of Purim*. And, you are no doubt preparing for the Pesach* holiday that approaches. But, perhaps the transit of this letter was delayed, so that it will arrive subsequently. Of course, the more detailed it is, the better. On the occasion of the approaching festive days, for us and for all of Israel, for the good, I address to you, through the present letter, my blessing for a kosher and joyous Pesach* holiday. And, may the long-awaited promise be fulfilled, according to which "as in the days of your going out of Egypt, I will show you wonders," with our true and complete redemption, in your days and in ours, through our righteous Moshiach*. With my blessing on the occasion of the holiday,

I have just received your letter of 9 Nissan*.

N.B.: The time remaining before the holiday did not allow the Rebbe Shlita* to sign the present letter. Due to the joy and the sanctity of the holiday, I therefore sign it in his name,

It is quite clear that one must not involve another stream and its supervisor in the organization of the Beis Rivkah* (note 2: This paragraph was added to a letter, identical to the one presented above, that was addressed to Rav Dovid Bravman. See, regarding him, letter no. 7840).

N.B.: You will kindly describe to me, in an unofficial manner, the situation as it truly is, concerning the Beis Rivkah* and the kindergarten of the Kfar* (note 3: Kfar Chabad*). You will tell me the true reason for the delay that has occurred, until this day, in the exchange of land with the Mehadrin company (note 4: See, on this subject, letter no. 1939). I thank you in advance.

זה זמן רב שלא קבלתי ידיעות מפעולותיהם הטובות אשר בטח עשו בזה בקשר עם יום ההילולא יו"ד שבט, ימי הפורים, ועושים הכנות לחג הפסח הבע"ל. ואולי נתעכב המכתב בדרך הילוכו ועוד יתקבל. ומובן אשר כל המפרט ה"ז משובח.

ולקראת ימי החג הבאים עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לחג הפסח כשר ושמח,

ולקיום היעוד המקווה, כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות, בגאולתנו האמיתית והשלימה, בימיהם ובימינו ע"י משיח צדקנו.
