To Mrs. Miriam Maryacha (note 1: Wife of Rav Saadia Liberov. See, regarding him, letter no. 7957),

I bless you and greet you,

I have duly received your letter, in its time. You ask me when your husband, the Rav, will be able to come to Paris (note 2: Rav Liberov was then on a mission in Morocco and wished to come to Paris in order to attend the wedding of their daughter). In fact, your husband, the Rav, himself asked me this question and I replied to him that everything depends on the situation on the ground. One must indeed take into account two elements:

1. His departure must not cause harm to the schools and the Yeshivos*, over there.

2. He must be able to obtain without difficulty a return visa to Morocco.

Hashem granted to him and, through him, to the entire family, the merit of taking part in the direction of the institutions of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us. It is therefore certain that it is indeed in this way that your husband, the Rav, and his entire family will have success and blessing, in the needs experienced by each one. Consequently, all forces must be mobilized for this purpose. May Hashem come to the aid of all of you so that this be easy. Of course, to what is said above is added the date on which the wedding of your daughter has been set, at a good and fruitful moment. With my blessing,

במצב על אתר ,שהוא צריך להיות בטוח מראש בשני דברים :א(

שנסיעתו לא תזיק לחדרים ולישיבות שם .ב( שהוא יוכל לקבל את ויזת

החזור למרוקו ללא קשיים .ומכיון שהשי״ת זיכה אותו ,ובאמצעותו גם

את כל המשפחה ,בזכות להשתתף בהנהלת המוסדות של חמי כ״ק

אדמו״ר זצוקללה״ה נבג״מ זי״ע ,הרי ודאי שזו הדרך שעל ידה בעלה

הרב וכל המשפחה יזכו להצלחה וברכה במה שנחוץ לכל אחד .לכן יש

להאחז בזה בכל הכחות.
