You speak to me of the state of health of this person and you regret not having found the fitting words, with the necessary insistence (note 1: See, on this subject, letter no. 7942). Now, in this case, insistence is of no importance (note 2: It does not change the answer given by the Rebbe). In fact, your attitude is not fully comprehensible. As I told you when you were here, one cannot grasp a stick by both its ends at the same time. Nevertheless, you have embarked on this path and you must therefore consult a specialist doctor, then conform to his prescription.

May Hashem grant you success, as well as your wife, so that you derive much satisfaction and pleasure from all your children, in good health. With my blessing and awaiting your good news,
