I greet you and bless you,

I have duly received your letter of 29 Sivan*. I am surprised not to have news from you. In a general way, the lack of news from the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt, in particular concerning the network (note 2: Of the Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch* schools in the Holy Land), is proof of a total disorganization. And even when they arrive, the letters from the network have a considerable delay. Until when will we suffer this trap? Until when will we squander the blessings and the influence that my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us, grants in a supernatural manner? With my blessing for good health and for giving good news,
