I respond to your letter in which you ask me about the removal of the tonsils of your daughter, which was proposed by certain doctors. Your letter seems to indicate that this is only to strengthen her appetite. If this is indeed the case, there is no reason to hasten and, in any event, there is no reason to do so at the end of the summer, when it is still hot. You will consult specialist doctors next year, in 5715, after the holidays. I am surprised that you say nothing to me about the Chassidic* gathering, nor about your activity in the vineyard of Chabad*. No doubt you will complete all of this at the next opportunity. תחי', הנה כנראה ממכתבו אין זה נוגע אלא לאפטיט שלה, ואם כן הוא אין כדאי למהר בזה, ואין צריך לומר שאין לעשות זה בשלהי קיטא בימי החום. ויש להתיעץ עם רופאים מומחים בשנת תשט"ו הבע"ל לאחרי הימים טובים.

לפלא שאינו מזכיר דבר ע"ד התועדות, התעסקות בכרם חב"ד וכו' ובטח ימלא בהזדמנות הבאה.
