I respond to your letter of 20 Menachem Av*. No doubt you have not mistaken my intention and my desire when I asked you to broaden the circle of activities of Chabad*, in general, and those of the youth of the Chabad* association, in particular. I also specified that it was good to pay a salary to at least a portion of the workers, so that they work without... (note 2: Recriminations?).
