By the grace of Hashem,

11 Elul* 5714,

Brooklyn,

To the youth of the Chabad* association, group of

Bnei Brak*, may Hashem grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I received your letter with pleasure, since you announce to me the founding of your groups and the election of a committee. May Hashem grant that you begin action immediately. You will take full advantage of the propitious days of the months of Elul* and Tishrei*. For nothing resists the will.

In the words of the Admur HaZaken*, in the Likkutei Torah*, in Parshas* Re'eh*, page 32b, whoever desires it can, in these days, welcome the Supreme King, the Holy One blessed be He. And He Himself receives each person with benevolence, as it is said: "Hashem will make His face shine upon you." May Hashem grant that your domain develop quantitatively and that your action know elevation qualitatively. With my blessing for considerable success in all of this, that you be inscribed and sealed for a good year,

ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

ובימים האלו, אשר כלשון רבנו הזקן בלקו"ת פ' ראה דף ל"ב, ע"ב, הנה ממה"מ הקב"ה, רשאין כל מי שרוצה לצאת להקביל פניו, והוא מקבל את כולם בסבר פנים יפות, ומראה פנים שוחקות לכולם, וכמ"ש יאר ה' פניו אליך, הרי יה"ר שירבה גבולם בכמות ויעלו מעלה מעלה בעבודתם באיכות.

בברכת הצלחה מופלגה בהנ"ל ובברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה.
