You ask me about your participation in this Torah* review. Everything depends on what it is. If it serves to issue permissions in different domains, according to the usage that prevails in different milieux, having adopted as their motto the statement of our Sages, according to which: "the permission is the strongest," we are distressed by those that already exist. On the other hand, if it is a matter of magnifying the Torah* and adorning it, it is clear that the final decision depends on this. In a general way, all of this must be verified through direct contact with the leaders and the decision-makers. Very often, it is necessary for the first volume to already appear so that one can verify it. May Hashem guide you on the good and right path. And there is no good other than the integral Torah*, with the fear of Hashem,

במה ששואל חוות דעתי אודות השתתפות בחוברת תורנית הנה תלוי באופי החוברת, היינו אם תשמש להכשיר ענינים שונים (וכידוע השיטה באיזה חוגים שקבעו לסיסמא שלהם מרז"ל כחא דהתירא עדיף) - הרי על הראשונים אנו מצטערים. ואם הוא עינן של יגדיל תורה ויאדיר - הרי מובן שמתאים לזה משתנית גם ההחלטה. ועפ"י הרוב יש לברר הנ"ל רק ע"י היכרות קרובה עם העומדים בראש והמחליטים בכיוון החוברת.

וברובא דרובא מתברר זה רק לאחר הופעת החוברת הראשונה עכ"פ. והשי"ת ינחהו בדרך הישרה והטובה, ואין טוב אלא תורה תמימה ביראת שמים.
