To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself

to communal needs, Rav Yitzchak (note 1: Rav I. Gansburg. See, regarding him, letter no. 8042),

I greet you and bless you,

I am greatly (note 2: The word "greatly" is underlined by the Rebbe) surprised to have no news from you since I received your letter of Rosh Chodesh* Sivan*. A month has therefore elapsed since the end of registrations (note 3: Of students in the schools of the Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch* network) and one still does not know what the outcome will be. But perhaps this silence means that nothing has been done concretely. Even so, if this is indeed the case, it does not exempt one from informing, for one must know, here, what the situation is, rather than wandering without news and waiting for letters from other quarters. Furthermore, it is necessary to prepare the vacation, to organize study days, to establish the accounts. It seems to me that even a "pot belonging to the partners" (note 4: For which they are collectively responsible and which no one therefore truly attends to) does not justify such a lack of correspondence.

I will not repeat here once more the questions I posed, in my preceding letter, to the members of the administration (note 5: Of the network). Without a doubt, you will respond to them as quickly as possible. May Hashem grant you success in announcing good news of the state of health of the members of your family, of each of them and also of yourself, as well as of what concerns the network. שלום וברכה!

פליאה ותמי' גדולה, אשר מעת קבלת מכתבו מר"ח סיון עד עתה לא נתקבלו כל ידיעות מהם. ובמילא אף שכבר עבר חדש מעת סיום זמן הרישום אין ברור כלל מה הי' סוף דבר בזה, ואף שאולי השתיקה עצמה מורה שלא בא לפועל כלום, הנה מלבד שגם עד"ז צריך להודיע, שהרי מוכרח לדעת גם כאן המצב, ולא לגשש בהעדר הידיעות ולחכות למכתבים מן הצד בהנ"ל, ובפרט שיש בזה עוד הענינים דהכנת ימי החופש, סדר דימי עיון, סיום החשבונות וכו'. וכמדומה שאפילו בהנהגת קדירה דבי שותפי - אינה דורשת העדר כתיבה כזה.

לא אכפול בזה עוה"פ השאלות שכתבתי במכתבי הקודם לחברי ההנהלה, שבטח גם עליהם יענו בהקדם. והשי"ת יצליחם לבש"ט בהנוגע לבריאות כל ב"ב שיחיו, כאו"כ וגם הוא בכלל, ובהנוגע לעניני הרשת.
